AI may help organize a private draft, propose headings, summarize evidence leads, or turn an approved structured fact set into readable language. Drafts remain nonpublic until an authorized editor approves publication.
Prohibited uses
AI may not fabricate chart facts, credentials, quotations, citations, testimonials, lived experience, or scientific support. It may not create pages solely to cover every keyword variation or automatically submit unreviewed drafts to search indexes.
Research controls
External search material is untrusted input. Editors must check that sources exist, support the relevant claim, and are described accurately. Draft wording must not be copied from search results or source pages.
Publication controls
The production workflow separates draft creation from publication. Approval should confirm distinct search intent, usefulness, calculation accuracy, responsible limitations, sources, metadata, and internal links. Only publication updates the blog, RSS, sitemap, and IndexNow.
Disclosure
AI-assisted articles display a disclosure and link to this policy. The disclosure does not excuse errors; Roho remains responsible for published material and applies its corrections policy regardless of which tools assisted production.
