This says what actually happens to your data. It is short because we collect little.
What we collect
Your email address, and a password we store only as a hash.
Your birth date, birth time and birth place, because a chart cannot be computed without them. These are stored exactly as you entered them.
Where you are — the country, and the state if you are in the United States. This decides which privacy rules apply to you. We ask rather than guess from your connection, because a wrong guess applies the wrong law.
Who else sees it
Readings are written by an AI model run by Anthropic, PBC. When you ask for one, the positions in your chart and the text of your question are sent to them so it can be answered.
Your email address, your name and your password are never sent. Your birth place is not sent — only the computed positions.
Nobody else receives your data. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your charts and readings stay until you delete them or close your account.
A chart cast without an account lives for thirty days and is then deleted along with the anonymous session that made it. Signing up within that window moves it to your account and it stays.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Email us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it. We do not charge for either and we do not require a reason.
Deleting your account removes your birth data, your charts and your readings. Some records of payments are kept where the law requires it.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell it, share it with data brokers, or use it for advertising. The only third party that ever sees any of it is Anthropic, and only the computed positions and your question, only when you ask for a reading.
How do I delete everything?
Email us, or close your account. Either removes your birth data, your charts and your readings. We do not charge for it and we do not ask why.
