Privacy
This says what actually happens to your data. It is short because we collect little.
What we collect
Your email address, and a password we store only as a hash.
Your birth date, birth time and birth place, because a chart cannot be computed without them. These are stored exactly as you entered them.
Where you are — the country, and the state if you are in the United States. This decides which privacy rules apply to you. We ask rather than guess from your connection, because a wrong guess applies the wrong law.
Who else sees it
Readings are written by an AI model run by Anthropic, PBC. When you ask for one, the positions in your chart and the text of your question are sent to them so it can be answered.
Your email address, your name and your password are never sent to the AI provider. Your birth place is not sent — only the computed positions.
If you accept advertising measurement, Google receives limited website and advertising interaction data, including page and device information and an IP address, so we can measure whether an advertisement led to a visit or signup. We do not send Google your name, email address, birth information, chart, questions or readings. The Google tag remains blocked until you choose Accept.
Advertising measurement and your choice
Roho uses the Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement. The Google tag and its network requests are blocked unless you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, Google Ads measurement remains disabled.
Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using the Privacy choices control. Rejecting a previously accepted choice stops the tag from loading on subsequent page loads. Roho does not enable enhanced conversions or send Google account, birth-chart, question, reading or payment details. How long we keep it
Your charts and readings stay until you delete them or close your account.
A chart cast without an account lives for thirty days and is then deleted along with the anonymous session that made it. Signing up within that window moves it to your account and it stays.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Email us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it. We do not charge for either and we do not require a reason.
Deleting your account removes your birth data, your charts and your readings. Some records of payments are kept where the law requires it.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal information or share birth information, charts, questions or readings for advertising. If you accept advertising measurement, Google receives limited website and advertising interaction data so Roho can measure campaign results. You can reject or change this choice at any time using Privacy choices.
How do I delete everything?
Email us, or close your account. Either removes your birth data, your charts and your readings. We do not charge for it and we do not ask why.
